Our products are cosmetics

Everything sold here is a cosmetic product. Cosmetics are not medicines. Nothing on this website is medical advice, and no product sold here is intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. If you have a skin condition, are pregnant or breastfeeding, or are under medical care, please consult a healthcare professional before use.

Patch testing

Any product can cause a reaction in any person. We recommend patch testing on the inner forearm for 24 hours before first use. Discontinue use if irritation occurs and seek medical advice if it persists.

Product information

We describe our products as accurately as we can and publish the full ingredient list for each one. Screen colours vary between devices. Supplier packaging may be updated from time to time; the formula and the ingredient list remain as stated.

Orders and pricing

All prices are in US dollars and exclude any applicable sales tax, which is calculated at checkout. We may change prices at any time, but not after an order has been placed. We may refuse or cancel any order, including where an item is unavailable, where a price was published in error, or where we suspect fraudulent activity. If we cancel a paid order, we refund it in full.

Payment

Payment is taken at checkout through the providers displayed there. We do not store your card details.

If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for activity carried out under it.

Acceptable use

You may not use this website unlawfully, attempt to disrupt its operation, or reproduce our photography, text or branding for commercial purposes without written permission.

Limitation of liability

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law. Subject to that, our total liability in connection with any order is limited to the amount paid for that order.
