Shipping policy

Delivery

We currently ship within the United States only.

Cost

Delivery is free on every order. There is no minimum spend and no charge added at checkout.

Timing

Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days. Delivery takes a further 3 to 7 business days. Expect your parcel within 4 to 10 business days of ordering. Orders placed at weekends or on US public holidays begin processing the next business day.

These are estimates rather than guarantees. Carrier delays, weather and peak periods can add time.

Tracking

Every order is tracked. You receive a tracking number by email as soon as the parcel is handed to the carrier. If you have not received it within three days of ordering, please check your spam folder before contacting us.

Lost or undelivered parcels

If tracking has not updated for seven days, or your parcel shows as delivered but has not arrived, email us with your order number. We will open a case with the carrier and, if the parcel cannot be located, send a replacement or refund you in full.

Addresses

Please check your delivery address at checkout. We cannot redirect a parcel once it has shipped. If a parcel is returned to us as undeliverable, we will contact you to arrange reshipment or a refund of the product price.
